About Us
The Mysuru Chapter of ICAS started to function from 2003. Since then it has marked itself as one of the most dynamic chapters of ICAS by conducting many astrological programs, every year.
Presently we are conducting classes on every Sundays at Sri Sathya Sai Baba High School,Jayalakshmipuram, Mysuru.
The Chapter for the first time in the history of ICAS successfully conducted three Astro-Spiritual Retreats under the mentorship of Sri A B Shuklaji, Hon. National President of ICAS. The 3 nights-2 day retreat was devoted to meditation, bhajans, and lectures on astrology, spirituality, discussion session, remedial measures, question and answer sessions. The retreat has been a great success drawing participants from both India and various other countries. Besides this Sri Shuklaji has also conducted lectures on Event Time Prediction, the significance of Nama Nakshatras, CPPL, fudamentals of vastu etc. regularly.
Mysuru Chapter has also organized an exclusive session for the faculty under his guidance to strengthen the teaching component and inculcate the habit of research.
Legends of ICAS like Justice S N Kapoorji (Rtd), Smt Gayatri Devi Vasudev, Sri M N Kedarji, Sri Duggalji, Sri Satish Sharmaji, Sri Narasimha Alseji have visited our Chapter and conducted lectures and workshops on areas like Divisional Charts, Nadi, Vastu etc. Smt Gayatri Devi Vasudev has conducted workshops on Ashtakavarga and Pancha Pakshi Sastra.
We regularly conduct classes on Jyotisha, Vastu, Post Visharada and propose to start Nadi course in the future.
